01 // Executive Profile

Built on Execution.
Driven by Precision.

A career spanning over a quarter of a century in high-volume plastics manufacturing is not built on theory. It is forged on the factory floor, optimized through continuous trial, and scaled through structured leadership.

Beginning in 2000 as a Technician Trainee, Kiran Kumar Yallampalli mastered the core mechanics of injection molding, automation, and tooling. By combining hands-on technical intelligence with a relentless drive for efficiency, he transitioned into supervisor, manager, and ultimately director-level responsibilities.

Today, as Assistant General Manager – Production, Kiran manages large-scale manufacturing operations. He bridges the gap between raw shop-floor metrics and corporate CAPEX goals, leading teams of over 700 employees and coordinating arrays of 100+ injection molding machines.

His leadership style is simple: lead by example, respect the physics of the process, and empower the workforce to build sustainable efficiency.
